How stressed out is your online data profile and what are the consequences for your cyber security, your privacy and your digital health? Do you control the computers or do the computers control you? Get initiated into the mysteries of a healthy online life and let go of you digital dependencies. Through a stress test and a series of mindful computing excercises we will help you and the computers in your life back on the path toward cyber zen.
The event is a part of the Cph Art Week program
How to quit: digital stresstest & mindful computing is a part of the ongoing exhibition Shaking the habitual in which we invite you to join us in exploring what a future without patriarchy might be. Over a period of 4 months artists, writers, activist groups, debaters and more will join in the search for an answer to the question: what is your feminist utopia?
